1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a transfer with Kosta Tours, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings must be made through our website, email, or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Kosta Tours. Please verify all details in the confirmation and notify us immediately of any errors.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable
Prices are fixed at the time of booking and include all tolls and taxes
Payment can be made online at time of booking or in cash to the driver
For airport pickups, payment is typically made upon arrival

4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge
No-shows will be charged the full fare
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (full refund provided)

5. Airport Transfers

We track your flight and adjust pickup time accordingly
60 minutes of free waiting time is included from the actual flight landing time
After 60 minutes, additional waiting time may be charged at €10 per 30 minutes
Please provide accurate flight information at time of booking

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Be ready at the designated pickup location at the agreed time
Provide accurate contact information
Inform us of any special requirements (child seats, extra luggage) at time of booking
Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect
Wear seatbelts at all times during the journey

7. Luggage

Standard transfers include a reasonable amount of luggage. If you have excess or oversized luggage, please inform us at booking so we can arrange an appropriate vehicle. Additional charges may apply for excess luggage.

8. Child Seats

Child seats are available free of charge upon request. Please specify the number and type of seats required (infant, toddler, or booster) when booking. Moroccan law requires children under 10 to use appropriate car seats.

9. Liability

Kosta Tours maintains comprehensive insurance for all transfers. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We recommend allowing sufficient time for your onward travel.
